  I visited “ bounce “ today with my two girls and my wife.
  To be told I had to pay £5.98 to watch my two girls play was unbelievable !!
  I spoke to Nick the team leader and was told the reason for the payment was due to “child protection!” a very rude staff member told me “ if you don’t pay, you can’t come in” poor customer service and terrible personal skills.
  To be told by the Team leader that the reason was for child protection that I had to wear a white wrist band, I then observed 7 adults without a wrist band on the trampoline area.
  How is this “ protecting the children”
  Poor customer service, a con to spend more money and staff have not been trained correctly. More like “ kids at school “ then a working environment
  I won’t be returning .
